Our Story

Spark to Empower was created from a shared belief that leadership development should begin early—and that every young person deserves opportunities to feel seen, heard, and supported.

What began as a passion for youth leadership and education has grown into a nonprofit initiative focused on empowering students through programs, mentorship, workshops, and community engagement.
